So for those who know me well, I have been studying Brewing and have taken a few brewing courses at Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago, Il. I eventually want to open a Brew-Pub of my own and obviously brew my own beers. While on my trip, I have decided, I would visit as many breweries and brewpubs as I can. This page will be dedicated to reviewing breweries, their beers, staff, food, anything related to the breweries in the craft beer industry.
